PureHD grants to you a non-exclusive license for the sole commercial use of the PureHD customer for which you are an authorized agent (the "Agent"). As Agent, your company has acknowledged that you have the right to purchase hardware and software. You may not transfer, assign, sublicense, lend or resell the rights granted under this license. PureHD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict or block the access of any Agent to the Services.
Copyright and Trademarks
The website and all materials published therein, including but not limited to articles, graphical images, interactive applications, audio clips, and video clips (collectively, the "Content"), are protected by copyright and are owned by PureHD or its licensors. You may not modify the Content or republish, retransmit, or otherwise distribute any Content to any third person. You may copy and display the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use, as permitted by the license granted above.
PureHD and its logos are trademarks belonging to PureHD. All other trademarks on the website are the property of their respective holders.
PureHD Privacy Policy
